Brooke was best known for her role as Jessie Owens in "Baywatch" and "Baywatch Hawaii". Her career get started with a regular role in the series "Out of the Blue", a show filmed on location at Sea World, in Orlando, Florida. Before trying acting she had done commercials for Mug Root Beer, Matrix and Carrows Restaurants. Brooke wants to be an ballet dancer, but has to give up her dream due to an ski accident.

Brooke was engaged to Bruce Willis for ten months from 2003 until June 2, 2004, but broke away the engagement due to trouble maintaining a long-distance relationship. Brooke again got accidented in Nov 2005, when her neck bone got broke after diving into a pool at her home. But now she is fully recovered of it.
