Rachel McAdams best known for her performances in "The Hot Chick", "Mean Girls", "The Notebook" and "Wedding Crashers". Rachel made her name in Hollywood in very few years.

This Canadian actress started her career with the television Disney series "The Famous Jett Jackson, (1998-2002)" and later followed with a pilot for MTV. Rachel's first debut film was "My Name is Tanino" in 2001, while "Perfect Pie" in 2002 was her breakout role which led her to a nomination for a Genie Award (Canadian award equivalent to Oscar).

Rachel enter into Hollywood with film "The Hot Chick" in 2002. McAdams career really took off with the film "Mean Girls" in 2004, it was her big hit. With "Mean Girls" she got the attention of audiences. The following film "The Notebook" becomes the milestone in her career. The Notebook starring against Ryan Gosling is based on the Nicholas Sparks' best-selling novel of the same name "The Notebook". Rachel get many awards for her performance in "The Notebook".
