Teri Hatcher claim to fame with her role as Lois Lane in the television series "Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman". She also earned fame with her recent role of Susan Mayer in ABC show "Desperate Housewives (2004 - )".

For her performance in "Desperate Housewives", Teri received Golden Globe award as Best Actress in a Television Series (Musical or Comedy). As of 2006, Teri become one of the highest paid television actresses. For each episode of "Desperate Housewives", Teri earns $380,000.

Teri was first appeared on Aaron Spelling's "Love Boat (1985-1986)", while she made her film debut with "The Big Picture" in 1989. Since then Hatcher has appeared in many movies.
