A most famous actor, writer, and producer Vince Vaughn was born on March 28, 1970 at Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA to Vernon Lindsay Vaughn who is a Protestant salesman of Scottish, Irish and German descent and a Canadian-born Catholic real-estate agent of Italian and Lebanese descent, Sharon Eileen DePalmo.

Vince Vaughn was raised at Buffalo Grove, Illinois and after that at Lake Forest, Illinois. In 1998 he completed graduation form Lake Forest High School with writer Dave Eggers. At young age he developed his interest in theater. He is frequently cast into roles as a light-hearted, confident, and over-talkative risk taker.

He got a role in a Chevrolet television commercial early in his acting career. He thought that he was well set in this field. But when he moved towards Hollywood, he became a struggling actor facing rejection and rejection. He done few roles on television but finally got a speaking role in the movie Rudy in 1993. It was his credited role.

Vince Vaughn played a character of Trent in the movie Swingers (1996). Uptil now he doesn't gain that much commercial success, but when Steven Spielberg saw him and cast him in the big budget sequel The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997). The role in this movie gave him the exposure to become a movie star.
